If you become a customer, we keep your job records for seven years — we need them to honor the 15-year workmanship warranty and for tax and insurance purposes. If you request an estimate and do not hire us, we delete your submission after 24 months.

Form submissions are delivered to NRG's business email and stored in our hosting provider's secure form dashboard, which is password protected. Access is limited to authorized NRG staff who are working on estimates and jobs.
NRG will never request payment information, credit card or bank account numbers, your Social Security number, or your insurance policy number through this website's form. If a web page claiming to be NRG asks you for any of those, it is not us. Close it and call 224-830-4701.
Post-storm roofing fraud is common in Northern Illinois, and it costs homeowners real money. NRG does not solicit payment by wire transfer, gift card, payment app, or cash up front before work begins. We do not knock on doors after a hailstorm demanding a signature that day.
